The business was set up specifically to cater for companies that wanted to focus on their core business but wanted to have leading edge technology coupled with price and service but ultimately creating savings.We manage either your transport service provider, or our specialy selected service providers.
With regards to inbound logistics, importers needed to ensure that they did not pay storage or demurrage from late clearances or late collections. TSI devised a system that specifically monitored the port and the haulier. Effectively, we manage demurrage and storage for free, as an added service to all our clients.
With regards to outbound logistics, getting the cargo on the ship is crucial, again we manage and monitor until the ship has left the port, this involves, getting the container, having the cargo packed and the container moved either into a holding area or stack.
