While I was writing this mail I wanted to find a better word than MANAGE, just saying I want to manage your transport had a negative feeling, so I went to my thesaurus and typed the word "manage" and had three results (all verbs) the first was "be in charge, control" the next was "survive -to get by" and the last was to "succeed in doing"
So, I decided to write, I want to succeed in doing your transport. You could ask how because I'm sure you have heard it all before.
I have a proposition for you, what if...I assure that you will never have to worry about;
Demurrage or Storage ever again and I will guarantee to better or meet any written transport quote you can get?I promise to collect and deliver your goods as and when they are available, to inform you of every event that happens and send you a report twice a day, so you are never in the dark again. Never tell you the goods are on the way when in fact the its not and I promise not charge you for any of these services (this is standard operating procedures) and will do my best at trying to save you on your turn in fees.
If I make these GUARANTEES to you, would you give me the opportunity to quote you on your transport?
If we successful in doing business with you, in the spirit of creating jobs, for every client we sign up, I shall employ and train an unemployed person, giving them an opportunity to go out into the market and seek full time employment with logistics experience alternatively offer them full time employment with our company. (this will help with your BEE rating as the training will be credited to your company)
